Short research article, defining impact of machine learning Project Management

I would like a data scientest or engineer to assist with an article or small research paper, I would like the article to explore the impact ML will have in project management reporting. I would especialy like to concentrate on NLP.

I would like to explore how this method can be implemented to automaticly classify rag status within a sharepoint excel programme of workscopes. Integrated with Outlook, NLP will analyse an email with subject defining work scope reference number. Classify the RAG status. Update the RAG status within Excel. Then provide a summary report of changes and outstanding updates at a set time in a report.
