Hello, we are HOLT, a global property developer and short term rental manager.
We are bringing all property development works in-house, after years of contracting with local architects and project managers on design, renovation and furnishing projects.
We are looking for someone who is a pro in the field of residential construction project planning and management to work with our in-house design team to build a one-size-fits-all process for handling all our design and implementation projects.
Please be aware that our construction process as a short term rental manager is different than run-of-the-mill residential projects - our timelines and budgets are much tighter and the type of work for STR properties, including furnishing and stocking for short term use, and design and staging for marketing purposes exceeds the needs of a usual home project.
