Setting up a Process Management system for team coordination (People/ Project management focus!) -- 2

A growing real estate company is looking for a system minded individual
> with the ability to think critically and nimbly to set up a process management system utilizing AI
> with a good attention to detail
> Ideal candidate has a project management experience, ie the focus is on people coordination and flow of tasks. The program we are using is very intuitive, user friendly and does not require advanced technical skills!
The team is 3-5 people with very specific functionality requirements, a detailed and functional blueprint of each process which will be provided.
Where you help will come in so in the thinking through the flow of the process, and helping to connect the dots for a flawless execution.
The system I am working with is Process Street, an extremely intuitive drag and drop functionality. You will be helping to assemble, troubleshoot and monitor workflow automation.
The system you are helping to build will help streamline tasks, communication, and efficiency among the team members.
I have a specific vision in mind for what I want the system to be able to do, and I am looking for a freelancer with the skills and experience needed to make this a reality.
