Set up production lines for garment factory

We have already purchased the equipment for a small high quality production facility. We are manufacturing Military style pants, shirts jacket but quality must be very rigid. Factory is located in the Philippines, we can send production samples and machines. need help to insure we can increase our rate of output but still maintain the quality
