As a Senior Project Manager, we expect you that you manage a team (3 to 9 associates) and have experience with agile and / or waterfall implementations. Managing budgets, project timelines, and customer satisfaction, all within the negotiated terms, don't have any secrets for you.
We're not looking only in our region for you; we only ask that you can work in EMEA time zone.
You can:
· Manage multiple, concurrent consulting projects of high complexity or strategic in nature
· Resolves project issues, including a budget, timeline, and scope
· Provide regular project communication and status reports
· Managers project quality to ensure customer satisfaction and ROI
· Build collaborative relationships that increase customer's perception to expand future business opportunities
· Lead project teams in resolving customer issues, escalating to appropriate parties.
· Collaborate with the appropriate resources to strengthen relationships
· Create and manage project budgets, invoices, and accounting processes for various projects (T&M, FB, milestone acceptance, …)
· Manage A/R for Consulting projects to ensure payments are processed within the negotiated terms
· Maximize margin on consulting projects
· Maintain Customer and Project sites
