Senior IT Project Manager for Windchill 13 Upgrade
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
Sr. IT Project Manager to lead the global Windchill 13+ Upgrade project, starting ASAP for at least 10 months.
The role is global with stakeholders in Europe and the US, so CET time zone works well.
Provide leadership to cross-functional teams (business, quality, IT) to deliver a successful Windchill v13+ upgrade with strong focus on quality, compliance, and validation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead project planning/execution, ensure scope, cost, and compliance alignment. Manage schedules, risks, change control, and stakeholder communication. Oversee validation protocols in line with FDA, GxP, 21 CFR Part 11. Collaborate with Quality Systems, CSV leads, and PLM/PDM owners on BOM structures, ECN workflows, product data governance. Ensure integration with SAP NSP/ECC for release management and traceability. Coordinate with vendors (PTC, Kalypso, Acnovate).
Required Experience & Skills
Bachelor’s + 8 years / Master’s + 6 years in IT project management. 8+ years leading IT projects with complex, global teams. Strong experience in regulated industries (medical validation projects preferred). Deep expertise in PLM (PTC Windchill), PDM, QMS. Tools: Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Smartsheets, MS Project. Preferred Certifications PMP (Project Management Professional) CSM/CSMA (Scrum Master) Leadership & Methodologies Proven global team coordination, strong communication with executives and technical teams. Expertise in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid, DevOps methodologies.
