Self-Driven Operations Virtual Assistant
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
My workday moves too fast for the scattered mix of spreadsheets, flagged emails, and sticky notes I currently rely on. I need a sharp, self-directed virtual assistant who can step in, design an online tracking system from scratch, and then own the daily upkeep of it—no hand-holding required.
The core of the role is twofold:
1) Build & run an online tracking hub
• Choose a sensible platform (Trello, Airtable, ClickUp, Google Sheets—whatever you know best)
• Lay out task boards, resource calendars, and simple progress dashboards
• Keep every item current so I can glance once and know exactly where each project stands
2) Handle the day-to-day that keeps operations flowing
• Inbox zero mindset: sort, flag, and draft replies for approval
• Data entry and light reporting so numbers stay clean and ready for analysis
• Own my calendar—book, move, and confirm meetings without double-booking
• Friendly customer support by email or phone, ensuring issues close on time
• Document and organize everything so nothing lives only in someone’s head
Project-management expectations
• Track tasks, reassign resources when something slips, and surface blockers early
• Compile concise progress reports (daily highlights + a weekly roll-up)
• Keep documentation searchable and version-controlled
Success looks like this: within two weeks the tracking system is live; after one month projects are updated daily, my inbox hovers near zero, and I receive clear status snapshots without asking. Honesty, proactive communication, and the confidence to solve problems independently are essential.
