I'm looking for a skilled person to assist with a voting process to Spin-Off assets into a new equity fund using DocSend. The process will include providing our investors(LPs) with the information that is necessary for them to vote, which will consist of items that have already been created such as the PPM, operating agreement, marketing deck, video, and vote card.
