Scrum master

I am looking for a skilled Scrum Master to join our small software development team for a short-term project.

Responsibilities:
- Facilitate daily stand-up meetings and ensure the team is following Scrum principles
- Collaborate with the product owner and development team to define and prioritize project requirements
- Track and manage project progress, identifying and resolving any obstacles or roadblocks
- Coach and mentor team members on Agile practices and ensure adherence to Scrum processes
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a small development team
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to facilitate effective team discussions and decision-making
- Familiarity with software development processes and tools

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM)
- Experience in software development projects
- Understanding of software development lifecycle
- Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello)
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities
