We are hiring a Sales & Operations Manager for a social media content agency handling YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook clients.
Role Summary
You will manage client acquisition flow, content delivery operations, freelancer coordination, and client retention. You will also use AI tools for research and workflow support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage closers and support monthly client acquisition targets
- Coordinate video editors and SEO freelancers for timely delivery
- Handle client communication issues and retention/churn cases
- Hire freelancers when required for fast scaling of work
- Maintain simple tracking of clients, tasks, and deliveries
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT / Claude etc.) for research, ideas, and execution support
Requirements
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage freelancers and deadlines
- Basic understanding of social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook)
- Comfortable using AI tools for work support
- Problem-solving mindset and responsibility handling
Working Structure
- Remote role
- Fixed working hours with daily active availability required
- Full ownership of operations flow and coordination
Compensation (Phase-Based)
Phase 1 (Testing – 1.5 months): ₹15,000/month
Phase 2 (Performance – next 1.5 months): ₹30,000/month
Phase 3: Further increase based on performance and results

This is a responsibility-heavy role. You will manage clients, freelancers, and operations together. Growth depends on performance, consistency, and system handling ability.
