Sales / Customer Service / Calling / English UK

I'm in need of a customer services with experience . The volume of the calls will be relatively low, so the focus will be on providing excellent customer care rather than handling a high volume.

Key Requirements:
- Call Centre Specialization: The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of handling customer service calls.

- Proficient in Ticketing Systems: I require the chosen call centre to manage calls using a ticketing system. Please ensure you have experience with such tools.

Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in customer service call handling.
- Proficiency in using ticketing systems
- Excellent communication skills, a polite and professional phone manner is essential.

WhatsApp, and Quickbooks experience with banking payments to invoices, etc

Require to manage new customer leads, following up on boarding etc

Must be able to learn and follow instructions, and organisation of your time

Must have excellent English UK voice

Initially upto 10 hours per week
