SaaS Site Revamp Project Manager
Budget: $4,000 – $8,000 USD
I’m looking for an experienced project manager—15 years in the seat or more—to steer a 4-month overhaul of our SaaS platform. The mandate is end-to-end: sharpen the customer-facing experience while tightening everything that powers it behind the scenes.
Frontend scope
• Drive UI and UX redesign so the product feels modern, intuitive, and fully accessible (WCAG-compliant).
• Oversee a refreshed image strategy that trims load times without losing visual impact.
Backend scope
• Guide upgrades to database management for speed and resilience.
• Improve server performance and harden security features.
• Direct a clean API integration layer, including authentication and authorization flows that plug seamlessly into client systems.
Your day-to-day
I’ll lean on you to build the roadmap, run agile ceremonies, keep Jira (or your preferred tracker) crystal-clear, and coordinate designers, frontend engineers, backend engineers, and QA. Expect to report on velocity, burn-down, and key risk items weekly. A solid grasp of CI/CD, cloud hosting (AWS or similar), and RESTful best practices will help you speak the same language as the team.
Deliverables
• Project plan with milestones, dependencies, and resource allocations
• Weekly status reports and risk logs
• Acceptance-criteria checklist for each feature set
• Sign-off package confirming UI/UX goals, accessibility conformance, and backend performance benchmarks
If guiding complex SaaS rebuilds is second nature to you, I’m ready to get started.
