Road Project Planning Engineers Needed
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
My highway build is now halfway complete and I need a sharp planning engineer to turn the remaining scope into a clear-cut balance work programme. You will take our current site data and weave it into a fully resourced, logic-linked schedule that shows exactly how we get from today’s status to final hand-over.
Core work
• Update or rebuild the Primavera P6 (or MS Project) schedule so it reflects every unfinished activity, aligned with real-time progress data.
• Map labour, equipment and material requirements to each activity, highlighting shortfalls or clashes before they hit site.
• Embed a realistic risk register that rolls up into contingency allowances and what-if scenarios.
I will provide the existing baseline, progress reports, drawings and BOQs. Your output should include the native schedule file, a set of cash-flow and resource histograms, and a brief narrative explaining critical-path changes and key risks.
