Residential Site & Drainage Plans
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I need a civil engineer / land surveyor who can turn my existing survey and topo data into a permit-ready plan set for a residential build. The scope covers the full trio of documents—site, grading, and erosion-and-drainage plans—and every sheet must comply with current U.S. residential code as well as any standard municipal requirements.
You’ll receive the CAD files and PDF survey I already have on hand. From there, I’m expecting you to calculate cut-and-fill, establish finish floor elevations, size drainage features, and lay out erosion-control measures that will pass review by the local building department. AutoCAD Civil 3D (or compatible software) is preferred so I can keep everything editable for future revisions.
Deliverables:
• PDF and DWG versions of the site, grading, and erosion/drainage plans
• A brief design memo summarizing key calculations and code references
• One round of revisions based on plan-check comments
When your package is complete and internally consistent—including legends, notes, and scale bars—I’ll submit it for approval.
