Residential Property Manager Needed
Budget: $1,000 – $30,000 USD
I am searching for a dedicated onsite property manager to assist me with the day-to-day tasks for my residential properties.
Main Tasks:
- Tenant Management: Regular interaction with tenants to ensure they are satisfied and to quickly handle any issues that arise.
- Rent Collection: Prompt collection of rent from tenants. Responsible for sending reminders, issuing receipts and managing late fees if applicable.
- Property Maintenance: Regular inspection, organization of repairs, routine maintenance and ensuring overall cleanliness.
The ideal candidate would have experience in property management, impeccable organizational skills and a knack for building positive tenant relationships. This position involves managing 1-5 properties. Applicants with prior experience in handling this number of properties will be given preference.
