Residential Property Manager Needed

I'm in search of a competent and reliable property manager to take on the management of 10-50 residential properties. Essentially, the ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Handling rent collection: This involves ensuring that tenants pay their rent on time, chasing up overdue payments, and issuing late payment notices where necessary.
- Coordinating maintenance: This includes organizing and overseeing repairs and maintenance work to ensure that the properties are in good condition and that tenants' maintenance requests are addressed promptly.
- Screening potential tenants: The property manager will be tasked with screening prospective tenants to ensure that they are reliable and qualified to rent the properties.
The successful applicant should have a background in property management, a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience in residential property management will be an added advantage.
