Residential Project Manager Needed in Redhill

Experienced Project Manager / Building Surveyor Required – Residential Refurbishment Project (Surrey)
We are seeking a small to medium-sized experienced project management firm, building surveyor or architect-led practice to take on an end-to-end residential refurbishment project in Surrey.
The project involves the reinstatement and refurbishment of a large Victorian property following significant water damage. We require someone who can take ownership of the project from planning through to completion.
The role will include:
Reviewing the scope of works and preparing specifications.Managing tendering and contractor selection.
Liaising with insurers/loss adjusters where required.
Coordinating contractors and consultants.
Monitoring progress, quality and costs.
Providing regular updates and practical advice throughout the project.
We are looking for someone who is:
Experienced in residential refurbishment and ideally insurance-related projects.
Proactive, organised and able to drive a project forward.
Friendly, approachable and able to work closely with the client.
Interested in providing a personal service rather than operating as a large corporate practice.
Able to provide references or proof of qualifications upon request.
