Residential Build Project Coordination

I already hold a full, stamped set of architectural drawings for my upcoming residential building and now need someone to take the reins on two fronts: day-to-day project management and end-to-end permitting.

You will coordinate the residential design team (architectural, structural, MEP) so that drawings, schedules, and change requests stay aligned, while simultaneously compiling, submitting, and tracking every document the local authority requires until the building permit is in hand. Expect to work with files produced in AutoCAD/Revit and to reference current building, fire-safety, and energy codes throughout.

Key deliverables that mark the job as complete:
• A master schedule with clear milestones, maintained and updated weekly
• A fully reconciled coordination set ready for construction
• All permitting forms submitted, comments resolved, and final approval granted
• Concise weekly progress reports summarising risks, decisions, and next actions
