Residential Apartment Site Supervisor – Chennai

Supervise daily construction activities at the site
Ensure all work follows architectural and structural drawings
Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, and vendors on-site
Maintain quality, safety, and timeline compliance
Report to architect and client daily with site photos and progress updates
Keep daily records of labor, materials, and work progress
Handle on-site issues and coordinate resolutions promptly
Ensure proper usage and storage of construction materials
Verify completed works for billing and quality check
Requirements:
Diploma or B.E. in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
Atleast 1-2 years of site supervision experience, preferably in residential projects
Strong understanding of civil, architectural, and structural drawings
Good communication and coordination skills
Proficient in WhatsApp/email reporting
Ability to speak Tamil fluently; basic English preferred
Must be available to work full-time on-site in Pallavaram for the full project duration

Project Duration: 12 Months

Working Hours: Full-Time, Monday–Saturday
