Remote Web Development PM Needed

Job ID: 40449112

Budget: $2 – $12 USD

I run a fully distributed web-development team and need a detail-driven project manager who can keep our sprint board—and our developers—moving smoothly.

Here’s the day-to-day:
• Turn my meeting transcripts into clear, actionable Trello cards
• Structure and maintain project boards, grouping tasks by priority and phase
• Assign work to individual developers, track estimates, and chase down blockers before they grow
• Verify each ticket meets its acceptance criteria before it heads to QA
• Post concise progress updates in Slack so everyone stays on the same page

Methodology & toolset:
We work in a pragmatic mix of Agile and Waterfall, selecting the approach that best fits each project. Trello is our source of truth, supplemented by Slack and a lightweight time-tracking app. If you can suggest small process tweaks, even better.

What I’m looking for in you:
• Flawless written English and a knack for crystal-clear task descriptions
• Proven history managing remote teams—time-zone juggling included
• Fast, proactive communication; I never wonder where things stand
• The discipline to notice tiny spec changes and update the board before anyone asks

To apply, start your message with “ORGANIZEDPM,” then:
1. Share a screenshot or walkthrough of a project board you’ve owned (or outline your usual setup).
2. Tell me your time zone and typical daily availability.
3. State your hourly rate.

Trial run:
Short-listed candidates will receive a brief call transcript. Turn it into a well-structured Trello list so I can see your process in action.

If keeping projects on track is second nature to you, I’m eager to meet you.
