Remote Software Project Manager | Part time
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I run a distributed team of developers and now need a steady hand to keep our software projects moving smoothly week after week. This is a remote, contract-based position paid monthly, and I expect a long-term collaboration if we click.
You will take full ownership of the day-to-day project flow: breaking incoming features into tasks, prioritising them in Trello, hosting stand-ups, removing blockers, and keeping an eye on timelines and milestones. We work in an Agile/Scrum rhythm, so sprint planning, backlog grooming, and clear burndown reporting should feel second nature to you.
Most of our workload centres on custom software development. A background in web or app delivery is helpful, yet what matters most is sharp communication, reliability, and an ability to build rapport with remote engineers across time zones.
Key deliverables each sprint:
• An up-to-date Trello board that mirrors current priorities
• A concise weekly status report highlighting progress, risks, and next steps
• On-schedule completion of agreed milestones without surprises
If proactive problem-solving, structured organisation, and continuous communication are part of your DNA, I’d love to discuss how we can grow together over the coming months.
