Remote Program & Stakeholder Coordinator
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I’m looking for a detail-oriented coordinator who can plug into both local and international teams and keep our multi-country projects running smoothly from a distance. Day to day you will help me move initiatives from planning through execution and monitoring, while making sure communications, outreach, and compliance never slip through the cracks.
Collaboration happens primarily by email, so you must be able to write concise, well-structured messages and stay responsive across time zones; if you happen to be comfortable in Slack or Zoom that’s a bonus, but the inbox is our central hub.
Stakeholder engagement is critical. You’ll handle community outreach, nurture donor relations, and keep feedback flowing back into the program so we can adjust quickly. That means drafting updates, preparing donor-ready summaries, and capturing community insights in language everyone can understand.
Other core responsibilities
• Track grants and program budgets, update the live tracker, and flag variances early.
• Maintain our knowledge base—file reports, learning notes, and SOPs so information is never lost.
• Support digital marketing by drafting social posts and scheduling them when campaigns intersect with program milestones.
• Collect data from field teams, clean it, run simple analyses, and package the results into monthly impact briefs.
• Coordinate virtual trainings, webinars, and workshops: set dates, handle invitations, and ensure presenters have everything they need.
• Keep an eye on local regulations, donor rules, and our internal policies so every activity stays compliant.
Key deliverables
1. Weekly project status report and updated Gantt / tracker
2. Monthly impact summary for donors (with metrics and narrative)
3. Up-to-date grant and budget dashboard
4. Organized document repository with version control
5. Logistics plan and attendance sheet for each virtual training session
If you’re proactive, love clear email communication, and can juggle multiple time zones while keeping stakeholders happy, I’d like to hear how you’d approach the first 30 days.
