I'm looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative for my construction/paint company. This is a remote position focused primarily on:
- Managing phone calls and emails
- Handling customer complaints
Strong communication skills are paramount for this role. Ideally, you should have a proven track record in customer service. Experience in the construction/paint industry will be a significant advantage but is not necessary.
The ability to empathize with customers and handle complaints with patience and professionalism is crucial. Proficiency in CRM software is not mandatory but will be viewed favorably.
