Recruiter and Project Manager
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
Responsibilities:
1. recruit on online platforms based on requirements submitted by the Company
2. follow up the assigned Job and the work of the freelancer
Economic conditions:
E1. For each new project we will provide a fixed fee, covering recruiting and project management
E2. for each open project we will provide a fee, for project management
E3. Bonuses if the project budget is respected
E4. Bonuses if the project timeline is respected
E5. All technical point shall be discussed with out technical personnel in weekly technical meeting (with the freelancer)
