I need a go-to partner who can constantly scout reliable creative talent, bring them onto my projects, and shepherd their work through to final deliverables. The assignments themselves range across typical creative tasks—design, writing, video, and similar—but your core responsibility is the referral and light project-management piece: match the right person to each brief, keep them on schedule, and make sure the finished files land in my inbox exactly as specified.
Payment flows to both the creator and to you for each successfully completed deliverable, so the more quality contributors you introduce, the more you can earn. I’ll sign off once the submitted work meets the agreed brief; that hand-off is the measure we’ll use for approval.
