Recruit Etsy Partners in Southeast Asia
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I operate a growing Etsy shop and want to expand our footprint by partnering with five local nationals from Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines, or Indonesia. Your assignment is to locate, screen, and successfully onboard those five collaborators so they can handle the one-time shop setup on their end and manage future product deliveries originating from China.
Here’s what has to happen for the project to be considered complete:
• Five qualified nationals formally agree to collaborate, each with contact details and signed basic cooperation terms.
• They understand their compensation model—either 2 % of every sale or a fixed 300 RMB monthly—and that no upfront investment is required from them.
• A simple workflow is in place so orders can be forwarded to them and shipped onward without delays.
Because the actual operational work after onboarding is handled by my internal team, your load is light—roughly an hour once the right people are identified—yet accuracy is critical. I expect you to rely on whatever channels suit you best (social media groups, local job boards, personal networks, etc.) and to keep me updated on progress.
Ideal background: solid recruitment skills, some e-commerce familiarity, and enough project-management discipline to move quickly and document each step. If you can deliver the five collaborators ready to go, we can wrap this project swiftly and move straight into revenue for everyone involved.
