I need a registered quantity surveyor to provide a second opinion total project costs report for a new commercial DA submission. The report must be in a council-specific format. Previously itemized report available to review and to base your new report off.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- MUST BE REGISTERED in NSW Australia with cost assessment qualification
- Experience with council DA submissions
- Detail-oriented and accurate reporting
- Familiarity with council-specific report formats
