The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting our company's AI/ML initiatives and client-facing projects, ensuring that technical solutions are implemented efficiently and aligned with business objectives. In addition to hands-on development work, the role includes participating in internal meetings, engaging in project discussions, helping secure new projects, and managing ongoing project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Machine Learning Development
- Design and implement machine learning solutions using Python
- Develop and maintain data processing pipelines for structured datasets
- Perform data analysis, feature engineering, and model development
- Deliver clear documentation and technical reports for implemented solutions
Project Management
- Manage AI/ML and data-driven projects from planning through delivery
- Coordinate development tasks and ensure project milestones are met
- Track timelines, resources, and deliverables across multiple projects
- Maintain clear documentation and communication for project progress
Business & Client Collaboration
- Participate in project meetings and internal planning sessions
- Support discussions related to project opportunities and technical proposals
- Assist in evaluating project requirements and defining technical approaches
- Contribute to ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction
Requirements
- Must be currently located in Pakistan
- Strong experience with Python and machine learning technologies
- Experience working with data analysis, predictive modeling, or AI solutions
- Ability to manage projects and coordinate with development teams
- Strong communication skills and ability to participate in technical m- eetings and project discussions
- Organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities
Compensation
- This role follows a performance-based project compensation structure.
- $3,500 per successfully delivered project
- Earnings may increase depending on the number of projects managed and completed
- Developers who consistently perform well may be assigned multiple concurrent projects
