Proyekbersama is still at the idea stage, yet the ambition is clear: turn a loose concept into a working digital product that genuinely solves a problem and can scale. I need a partner who can guide the full journey—clarifying objectives, selecting the right platform (web, mobile, or custom software), and then carrying the build through to release.
Phase 1—Discovery
• Run a structured workshop with me to define the core problem, target users, and success metrics.
• Deliver a concise scope document and wire-framed user flow that we both sign off on.
Phase 2—Architecture & Roadmap
• Recommend the most suitable tech stack and deployment strategy based on the agreed scope.
• Provide a milestone-based timeline that keeps the project realistic and transparent.
Phase 3—Implementation & Launch
• Develop the product following the approved roadmap.
• Set up version control, staging, and production environments.
• Hand over clean, well-documented code and brief me on maintenance routines.
Acceptance criteria
• Discovery document clearly listing user personas, main features, and KPIs.
• Clickable prototype or MVP showing key user journeys.
• Source code in a private repo, build instructions, and a short video walk-through.
