Property Manager for online rental bookings

Position Overview: We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Remote Property Manager to oversee online property listings, manage guest bookings, and maintain high standards of guest satisfaction. Property Listing Management: Develop and maintain accurate and current property listings across our platforms.
Booking Coordination: Respond to guest inquiries, manage booking approvals and cancellations, and handle reservation modifications on platforms like Airbnb and Booking.com.
Guest Communication: Ensure a positive guest experience through prompt, courteous, and professional communication.
Calendar Management: Regularly update booking calendars to avoid scheduling conflicts and optimize property occupancy.
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: $3,200 per month
Remote Flexibility: Work remotely with hours adaptable to your time zone.
Training: Comprehensive training and instructional materials provided; prior experience is welcome but not required.
Candidate Requirements:
Location: Candidates must reside in Europe, North America (U.S. or Canada), or South America (Argentina, Colombia, Paraguay, Uruguay, or Mexico).
Communication Skills: Strong proficiency in English, with effective written and verbal communication skills.
Airbnb Account: Possession of an active Airbnb account (as a guest) is required.
Experience: While previous experience in customer support or as a virtual assistant is beneficial, it is not mandatory.
