Property Manager Needed for Residential Property in Toronto (Remote, EST Hours Required)
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
I own an apartment complex in Toronto and I’m ready to hand day-to-day oversight to someone who is as organized as they are responsive. Everything runs through Asana—every ticket, note, photo, and follow-up is already logged there—so you’ll never be short on context or direction.
Here’s the flow you’ll step into:
• Field tenant questions, concerns, and service requests between 9 AM and 6 PM EST, replying on my behalf with a professional tone.
• Line up contractors, schedule repairs, and close the loop once each job is finished, updating the status in the relevant Asana task.
• Proactively flag issues, chase outstanding work orders, and keep our maintenance calendar current so nothing slips.
Because you’ve worked with both residential and commercial properties, you’ll understand the nuances of an apartment complex—multiple units, varied lease terms, and a constant stream of maintenance tickets—all while juggling owner reporting. As long as tenants feel heard, contractors feel informed, and every action is captured in Asana, we’ll be in great shape.
I’d like to jump on a quick call to confirm fit and outline first-week priorities. I’m free:
• Today, 10 AM–1 PM EST
• Tomorrow, 7 AM–4 PM EST
Let me know which slot works, and I’ll send over a calendar invite. Looking forward to teaming up and keeping this building running smoothly.
