Property Manager
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
I am in need of a Property Manager to oversee my both residential and commercial properties. You will be responsible for a range of services that ultimately ensure the profitability and smooth operations of these properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effective tenant screening and leasing processes for new tenants.
- Ensuring all maintenance and repair needs are addressed in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Handling financial reporting and rent collection with precision and transparency.
Ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
- With or without experience as Property Manager are welcome to apply. Full training, materials and how-to videos will be provided.
- Must be living in any of the following countries: Europe (all European countries), North America (US or Canada) and / or South America (Argentina, Colombia, Paraguay, Uruguay or Mexico)
