MS Project plan
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I need a resource based MS Project program for carrying out road widening works on 60 different small sub-urban/rural roads spread over 9 nearby districts in northern India. Information will be provided to the program developer in an excel file which will have 60 columns (one for each road) and around 25 rows (one for each BOQ item to be executed). Cells will have quantities of the respective items road-wise.
The excel file will be shared after shortlisting/ finalization of freelancer. Per unit quantity item-wise consumption of machine, material and labor will also be shared.
Work will be done by developer remotely. But the nature of work will need regular online video conferencing. So the freelancer should be available for such meetings. Timings of the meetings will be decided as per mutual convenience.
There will be no milestone payments. Complete payment will be done after my full satisfaction about the adequacy and correctness of the program.
1. The freelancer should have previous experience in roadwork WBS.
