Project manager with writing and/or instructional design skills for training company -- 3

Our company, Sonata Learning is looking for a versatile writer with project management skills to oversee the development of innovative training courses, explainer videos, and related content for our clients (you can find examples in the "services" and "case studies" sections of our website).
This is a term-of-project role with the possibility of growing into a regular part-time or even full-time position.
Responsibilities will include:
-Learning our company’s specific writing process and editorial style.
-Monitoring progress of online learning projects from kick-off with the client through writing, production and final deployment/delivery (if you're a good enough writing/media project manager, you can probably pick up the learning-industry-specific parts as you go)
-Ensuring projects are delivered within budget, on schedule, to our company's established standards of quality.
-Quickly studying our clients' work, clarifying their goals for a given training course/video, then writing a well-structured script/article that makes sense to the target audience (it might be pharmaceutical sales training on Monday, diversity & inclusion on Tuesday, training for small-scale dairy farmers in developing countries on Wednesday, software training on Thursday).
-Working with the graphic design team to make sure their images and photo selections fit the client's brand and content.
Required qualifications:
- Native or fluent English speaker with excellent writing skills and flawless grammar
- A quick study on almost any topic, no matter how complex
- Highly organized, proactive project manager capable of finding solutions to roadblocks
- Able to work customary North American business hours
- Generally tech-literate and comfortable collaborating with others online
- Reliable high-speed Internet
You will be asked to answer the following questions when submitting a proposal:
1. Do you have or can you get access to a Windows PC computer? Do you have Microsoft Office for Windows? (not required, but good to know)
2. A few of our clients are in the public health sphere and provide a range of reproductive health services, including safe abortion. Would you have any objections to working on these clients' projects?
3. Are you willing to take a paid skills test?
4. With the understanding that you will be afforded maximum flexibility so long as clients are served and deadlines are met, what hours do you typically work/are you reachable?
