Project manager wanted to find new customers

I need a person who can find more leads and project for our company.

Tasks.
* Find new projects online
* Estimate quotes
* Follow up
* Make sure projects run smooth (I will have a guy that takes care of the process)
* English needs to be on higher level on speaking and writing
* Interest or knowledge/skillset in sales
* Interest and knowledge/skillset in IT, design and development is a plus.
