Project management ( Small Assessment ).

At a minimum, the Project Plan is to include:
1) A definition of the project, outcomes to be delivered, a budget estimate and an estimated timeframe for the project's completion.
2) A stakeholder analysis showing involved persons and their relation to the project.
3) A Work Breakdown Structure for the project.
4) A Gantt chart showing required tasks, their duration and resource assignment.
5) A Communications Plan including a communications register stating the communications requirements of the project, the mechanism of communication (email, phone, website etc) and the frequency (as required, weekly, monthly etc.)
6) A Risk Management Plan including a risk register showing potential risks to the project, their probability and cost. Mitigation and/or risk avoidance strategies are to be described.
7) A Project Closure Report.
8) Ways to protect stakeholder interests relating to privacy, copyright, and ethics.
