Project cost controller

I am looking for a project cost controller to support a large construction project. The ideal candidate is experienced in managing large-scale construction projects, with a strong understanding of the industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Manage project timelines and deliverables
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders and provide weekly project updates
- Ensure project goals and objectives are met within the established budget and timeline
- Manage project risks and issues as they arise

Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficient in project management software and tools
- Knowledge of construction industry regulations and standards

Communication Style:
- Weekly meetings to provide project updates and discuss progress
- As-needed updates for urgent matters
