We are looking for a highly motivated Project Sourcing Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in cross-cultural environments and enjoy working independently with global partners particularly in the electronics or high-tech sector.
The position is remote-based, but the candidate must be available for occasional physical meetings, including potential international travel.
Confidentiality and discretion are critical, especially in early-stage design discussions with suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and manage sourcing opportunities across various industries, especially electronics and tech-related sectors.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely sourcing processes.
- Build and maintain relationships with international contacts and partners.
- Collaborate creatively to solve sourcing-related challenges.
- Handle sensitive project and supplier data with discretion.
Qualifications:
- Open to all educational and professional backgrounds
- Background in high-tech industries (e.g. electronics, engineering, manufacturing)
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience working or studying with European companies
- Travel experience especially internationally
- Familiarity with cross-cultural work environments (East vs West styles)
- Entrepreneurial mindset or business initiative experience
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Based in China or with strong knowledge of China’s supplier/manufacturing landscape
