Your task is to guide me through a short discovery process, ask the right questions, and deliver a concise document that I can use as the foundation for future design, development, or fundraising work.

• A structured project brief (PDF or DOCX) covering purpose, goals, target users, key features, risks, and next steps.
• An action-oriented roadmap or milestone plan for the first phase.
Acceptance criteria
The brief must be no more than five pages, use plain language, and give me enough clarity to share with stakeholders without additional explanation.
