Project Scope Definition Assistance

I have an idea in mind but very little of it has been shaped into a clear plan. Before any design, coding, or creative work begins, I need help turning this raw concept into a well-structured brief that outlines goals, features, timeline, and realistic milestones.

Here’s what I’m looking for:
• A discovery call (or two) to capture my initial thoughts
• Written project scope covering objectives, target users, must-have and nice-to-have features
• High-level timeline with phased milestones I can later post as separate tasks
• Rough budget ranges per phase so I can prioritise intelligently
• Recommendations on the best technical or creative approach based on what we uncover

You’re free to suggest frameworks or tools you rely on—anything from user-story mapping to wireframing or lightweight prototypes if they help make the vision tangible. Clear communication and the ability to ask probing questions are more important than any single platform.

Deliver the scope document in Google Docs (or a similar shareable format) so it’s easy for me to iterate.
