I am seeking a PowerPoint expert with strong knowledge of IT project management and corporate branding to create a concise, professional presentation that communicates our Shared Services IT projects roadmap.
The roadmap will serve as a management tool to monitor execution of all projects and activities, showing clear dates, milestones, dependencies, workstreams, and deliverables in a visually engaging and easy-to-understand format. I already have a high-level roadmap available, and any additional details can be discussed at the start of the project.
Scope of Work
Design a 3–10 slide presentation.
Translate complex IT project details into clear, impactful visuals.
Ensure all visuals align with our corporate branding and identity.
Highlight timelines, deliverables, and key checkpoints for effective monitoring.
Project types to be covered include:
Systems implementation
Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards
System integrations
Oracle ERP customization
Requirements
Proven expertise in PowerPoint presentation design.
Ability to simplify and visualize complex IT and project management concepts.
Strong sense of design and understanding of corporate branding guidelines.
Portfolio with relevant PowerPoint and IT-related presentation samples.
Background in IT projects or project management is a strong plus.
Deliverables
Editable PowerPoint file (PPTX).
Final version in PDF format.
