I'm in need of a skilled individual who is familiar with Microsoft Project but can use Microsoft Excel to an advanced level to develop a comprehensive template for my business. Essential components of this template must include:
- Gantt Chart Programme (Already developed, but conditioning needs refining for presentation purposes)
- Resources Allocation: Enabling me to oversee and manage resource distribution efficiently.
- Commercial Data: Must integrate seamlessly within the template, providing an easy visual reference.
- Reporting: Covering financial data, tracking progress, and displaying resource allocation. This data should be readily accessible, user-friendly, and up-to-date.
Ideally, you will have extensive experience in Microsoft Project and proven expertise in project management tools design. Creating a simplified yet effective reporting method within Microsoft Excel will be a key performance indicator for this project. Any additional suggestions for improvement beyond this scope are welcomed and highly encouraged.
