Project Process Review

I am looking for an experienced project manager to conduct a review of our current project process. The scope of the review will be a high-level overview, examining the effectiveness of our hybrid methodology. The desired outcome is to identify any potential areas of improvement. As part of this project, the consultant will evaluate our current process and provide input on proposed changes. The output of the review should include a comprehensive report highlighting the current state and the consultant’s recommendations for improvement. The consultant should also provide a timeline of when the necessary process changes should occur.
