MS Project 2019 Plan Transfer

I require a freelancer who can efficiently transfer my existing plan into Microsoft Project 2019. The project plan is already established and I simply don't have the time to do the transfer myself. Here's what I need:

- An understanding of project scope, deliverables, timeline, milestones, and resource allocation.
- A detailed transfer of high-level tasks, sub-tasks and dependencies into MS Project 2019.
- An individual with experience in project management and Microsoft Project 2019.

This task is purely administrative. Project management skills are not required, but a background in this area might be advantageous.
