This is a system for lending vital assets to impoverished families and people in need. Basically to keep track of the award process and the location of the asset itself. Location, depreciation, application process flow are all maintained inside.
All that is needed here is for someone to make a project management plan based on the current knowledge fo the product to date. If you feel some of the requirements may have to change on the project you are also required to report that in a separate report (and initially as you encounter them).
