Project Managment

I want someone has experience in Project management to support to make the it looks professional and effective.

However, Attached is example of some project/tasks.
What I want;
1- Re-do the plan in a proper application if required instead of excel.
2- find a way to do "Sub-project"
3- Find a way to do timeline for each main project and sub
4- determine KPIs with me for each sub and main project.

This is mainly the request.
