Project Manager (learning and development)

**Project Description:**
We are seeking a skilled freelance project manager with experience in learning and development to join our team. The project manager will be responsible for using our project management tool, Kantata OX, to develop and execute project plans for our training initiatives. This includes coordinating resources, managing timelines, and ensuring successful project delivery.

**Responsibilities:**
- Utilize Kantata OX to create and maintain project plans, timelines, and task assignments.
- Coordinate and allocate resources effectively to support project objectives.
- Conduct regular standup meetings and project status updates with the project team.
- Monitor project progress and manage any changes or issues that arise.
- Collaborate closely with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment with client requirements.

**Required Skills and Experience:**
- Proven experience as a project manager in learning and development or related fields.
- Proficiency in using project management tools, specifically Kantata OX (or similar tools).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in coordinating resources and leading project teams.
