Project Manager to implement our Customer Experience (CX) SaaS solution with our Enterprise Customers

Project delivery and management together with our Professional Services team for large enterprise customers. Follow standard waterfall model with design, plan, build and run. Support the team in clearly managing tasks, time lines and budget. Weekly customer communication with meetings and status reporting. Track budget, forecasting and forward planning of the project. Being fully committed and engaged to the project and customer. Industry independent. Goal is to launch the CX program within 6 to 9 months.
We are looking for a senior Project Manager with Experience in delivering SaaS, CRM and/or CX projects with Waterfall.
