Responsibilities:
• Identify Realtors in Need of Automation: Research and connect with Realtors who would benefit from automation solutions.
• Implement and Manage Automation Tools: Set up and manage tools like chatbots, missed call text-backs, and CRM systems to automate key tasks for Realtors.
• VA Team Management: Oversee a team of VAs, ensuring tasks are delegated and completed efficiently. Help streamline workflows and improve operations.
• Optimize Processes: Continuously look for ways to automate and improve efficiency in Realtor workflows.
