Project Manager for AI-Powered Dating Advice Platform Setup
Budget: $10 – $20 CAD
Project Overview:
We are launching an ambitious online platform providing men's dating advice, relationship insights, and coaching to help men overcome loneliness and build meaningful connections. The project leverages AI tools, no-code stacks, and other software to create an automated system across multiple verticals: content creation, social media, email newsletters, virtual and live coaching, affiliate promotion of our own (by others) and others' products (by us), e-commerce (online store and POD products), ebooks, and a YouTube Channel to be scaled. Based on detailed planning, the setup phase is estimated at 2–4 weeks, with the goal of an as-hands-off-as-possible, self-running operation post-launch. This is a remote, fixed-price contract role focused on coordinating freelancers and ensuring seamless integration.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate freelancers/specialists (e.g., brand designer, video tool tester, content setup expert) to deliver on time and within specs.
Help refine and finalize job descriptions for vertical-specific tasks (e.g., affiliate management, ebook creation/setup, video production automation, online store sales optimization, SEO, etc.).
Manage core elements for brand consistency and automation, including:
Website design, a specific website recreation, and content transfer.
Brand style guidelines (colors, fonts, imagery) applied across all assets.
Social media recreation and automation (e.g., daily posts of both text with images and new video primarily created by AI).
Email newsletter setup and workflows (includes set up of an open source email system).
YouTube channel optimization, video uploads, and automation pipelines.
Affiliate program management and promotions.
Ebook and POD product setup.
Tracking and testing automations.
Ensure all verticals integrate smoothly (e.g., content feeds into social/newsletters, user data refines the virtual coach, etc.).
Monitor progress via shared tools and provide regular status reports.
Troubleshoot issues, enforce quality standards, and align everything with the automation-first goal.
Collaborate on testing products such as AI agents or similar for initial automations during setup.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Project Manager or Virtual Assistant coordinating solopreneur or small-team projects, ideally in digital marketing, coaching, or content niches.
Strong familiarity with AI tools, no-code stacks, and various deal ecosystems.
Ability to manage remote freelancers effectively, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Understanding of online business verticals (e.g., newsletters, social media, affiliate programs, e-commerce, etc.).
Bonus: Experience in men's dating/relationship coaching or personal development spaces.
Self-starter who thrives in ambitious, fast-paced setups; comfortable with remote tools.
Contract Details:
Duration: 2–4 weeks for initial setup phase, with potential for ongoing work.
Compensation: Fixed-price preferred. Include your proposed fixed bid and timeline in your application. The amount indicated is to avoid offering an amount that is not appropriate (either too high or too low) for the quality of work you can offer.
